This is how our Friday started out. Our motel was just right across the street from this sign. It was still raining, but we still joined all the others and ventured out into the rain anyway. It rained most of the morning, but stopped a little in the afternoon and then started again towards the evening.
We took the train as much as we could so we didn't have to walk in the rain. We are having fun!!
It's a Small World reopened this day. It has been closed for the past year. We were excited to see the new It's a Small World. Same song singing the entire ride, but they have added a few more of the disney characters as part of the attraction.
Kierra decided to go on California Screamin with us. She loved it. We actually went on it twice in a row. My equilibrium was a little off after this ride.
TOWER OF TERROR!!! Jay and I went on this the day before and the girls didn't want to go on it but after we all went on California Screamin a couple of times, the girls decided that they were brave enough to go on Tower of Terror. This is one of my favorite rides in the park.
This was the only character that we got a picture with. The girls didn't really want their pictures taken. They thought it was embarassing. We had a great vacation minus the rain. On the way home on Saturday, it rained the entire way home and we even hit snow between Baker and Las Vegas. People were pulled off the side of the roads taking pictures. I guess they haven't seen snow like we have. Do we really have 5 more weeks of winter?
