Easter

Easter was different this year for a few reasons. First, we didn't have the kids this year because it was Terry's year to have them. Easter is just not the same without them. They have been gone since Friday night and I miss them. Second, it was COLD!!! Spring break and Easter is supposed to be nice and sunny, right? NOT! It actually snowed here Thursday morning. Not what I wanted to wake up to the first day of spring break. Third, my family get together was not as well attended as it has been in the past. There was only four of us girls, our families, and my mom and dad. We usually have everyone there, but sad to say, the kids are all growing up and it will never be like it use to when all the grandkids were little. Since we didn't have our own kids there, we borrowd Ta'Kara for the day while her mom and dad did some shopping. She had a blast with all of her cousins and this was her first easter egg hunt. She loved looking for the "eggies". Thanks mom & dad, Heather, Jennifer, and Brittani for being there. We had a good time!
