Memorial Day weekend

For Memorial weekend, we (everyone but Jay - he had to work) headed up to the cabin at Brian Head. We were surprised to still find a lot of snow on the ground. We were able to drive in with four wheel drive, but it was a little muddy and slick. My parents and my sister and her friend were also there. We got snowed on a little each day, but not enough to snow us in, but just enough for the kids to find a good north facing hill and do a little sledding while the adults stayed inside and played cards and just enjoyed each other's company. It was a lot of fun. The kids did not want to come home on Monday.

Kalin and Kennedie making snow caves. Kalin forgot his coat so he had to use mine. Doesn't he look good in pink? Whatever works.

Me, my goofy dad ( he always has to make a goofy face in pictures), Wendy and Dan, her friend. We are outside on the back deck during one of the sunny moments playing Farkle.
